Union Sanitary District
welcomes applications for District employment whenever there are
vacancies. Information about current openings will appear on this
page. The District also maintains job interest cards, which can
be completed at any time. These interest cards are used for notification
as positions become available.

Union Sanitary District is a public agency whose goal
is to protect human health and the environment by responsibly
collecting, treating, and disposing of wastewater for the cities
of Fremont, Newark, and Union City, California. The wastewater
treatment plant has an average daily flow of 30 MGD. Through a labor-management partnership,
employees have made a commitment to being recognized as a competitive
leader in the wastewater industry. To accomplish this USD has
