Digital Plan Check Submittal Process

Union Sanitary District has developed guidelines to assist engineering consultants, design firms and developers in submitting digital plans of proposed development in the Tri-city area (Fremont, Newark, Union City).

USD has incorporated these guidelines into our Standard Specifications and Information Bulletin, which is available at our permitting counter.  These guidelines are provided as a "starting point" for submitting digital plans for sewer construction within the District.  USD encourages engineering consultants and design firms to read Sections 2 and 16 of the Standard Specifications and Information Bulletin for more detailed information.
