Ordinance No. 31.34: An Ordinance Providing For The Establishment Of Sewer Service Charges For Services And Facilities Furnished By District's Sewage System, Collection Procedures, Penalties For Delinquency, Restriction On Use Of Funds Derived, Election To Have Sewer Service Charges Collected On The Alameda County Tax Roll.

Ordinance No. 35.18: An Ordinance Providing For The Collection Of Capacity Charges For Connection To The Main Sewers Of Union Sanitary District. (effective August 31, 2011)

Ordinance No. 36: Pretreatment: This ordinance sets forth uniform requirements for users of the Publicly Owned Treatment Works of Union Sanitary District and enables the Agency to comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including the Clean Water Act (33 United States Code § 1251 et seq.) and the General Pretreatment Regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 403) the water quality requirements set by the Regional Water Quality Control Board and/or the State of California Water Resource Control Board.
