Supplier Registration
Union Sanitary District partners with Public Purchase. Public Purchase provides government agencies and their vendors with a comprehensive and easy to use web based eProcurement system. For our vendors, this eProcurement system provides you with automatic notification and transmittal of bid solicitations to vendors. In addition, Public Purchase gives you access to bid opportunities with other government entities. All of this is provided at no charge.
To apply as a supplier, we request that you register at the Public Purchase website.
Public Works Contractor Registration Notice:
- No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project
unless registered with DIR. - No contractor or subcontractor may work on public works project unless registered with
DIR. - No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for a public works project
(awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial
Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This includes projects for maintenance
work for which the total cost of labor and materials exceeds $1,000 pursuant to Labor
Code section 1771.
